1- By clicking on "I agree" or using our online services, you agree to the content of this website and to the rules and regulations for medical examination of expatriates coming to GCC states for residence via the Internet ("the regulations"), and this is legally binding on you as you have read and understood all the policies, terms and conditions of the website or the way it is used in addition to the regulations, the word "center" refers to you as an accredited medical center, and the word "council" refers to the Gulf health council of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
2- The Council aims to establish appropriate health measures to ensure the health safety and security of the Gulf Society by preventing communicable diseases that might be carried from expatriates to the GCC, and to ensure that they are healthy and fit to work and live in the GCC States by using the Electronic System for expatriates’ medical examination. You will pay the fees to the council. Note that all amounts that are paid for the benefit of the Council are not refundable.
3- The Center undertakes that it is licensed in accordance with the requirements applied in its country and that its license is valid without any restrictions during the period of cooperation with the Council, and it is responsible for the validity of the information that it is obligated to provide through the electronic system specified for that and only for it, along with its commitment to apply all the duties and tasks described in Chapter eight of the regulations, and obliged to notify the council immediately of any defect that might affect its obligations to the council or any problem related to licensing. As a result of its cancellation, withdrawal or suspension, the Center shall provide licenses upon renewal, given that any violations committed by the center apply the penalties stipulated in the penalty regulations attached to the regulations.
4- The Council reserves the right to amend the regulations, and the amended regulations become effective automatically immediately after its preliminary publication on this system, and your use of the system after publishing the amended regulations on the system is a positive confirmation from you of the following: (a) your approval of the regulations and any amendments to it, and (b) consent to be bound by the regulations after the amendment.
5- The system and all the contents of the text, images, marks, logos and other contents of the system (“system contents”) are the property of the council or other parties from which we obtained permission or license and the council is not responsible for any malfunction of the electronic system and there is no liability whatsoever towards the Center.
6- The system may be modified or stopped at any time without prior notice and we are not obligated to support or update the system. We reserve the right to limit or stop access to the system at any time, publicly or privately, for any reason related to the Council alone.
7- The Council can use your information, and The Center recognizes that all information in the system is owned by the program and the Council, as we reserve the right to: (1) monitor and / or record all communications and activities related to services and (2) request verification of all required transfers and payment operations as we deem appropriate.
8- In the event that we violate or breach any of the conditions, or obligations stipulated in this commitment or the associated appendices or the applicable laws and regulations with the Health Council or the decline of our services provided to the Health Council, we acknowledge the right of the Health Council to take whatever sanctions it deems necessary, including canceling Accrediting of the center, and we acknowledge that assessing the level of services provided by the center and estimating the center’s commitment to that commitment and the council’s rules, regulations, and decisions are due to the Gulf health council of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
9- We acknowledge the validity of the data, information and addresses submitted to the council, that all correspondence between the center and the council takes place through the system and the official email registered to the center with the council, and that every letter of notification or email notification sent through methods is tantamount to acknowledgment of receipt and has all its legal effects.
