To register for the medical test, please follow these steps:
• Please access the following link: https://wafid.com/
• Tap "Book an Appointment"
• Choose the country, the city, and the travelling country (the medical center will be assigned automatically based on the city)
• Enter all required information and tap "Submit" (please double-check all dates and information before submitting)
• Fill out the payment page — note that the expiry date format is year then month (YY MM) — and ensure all credit card details are entered correctly. Tap "Pay"
• After receiving the medical exam slip, please visit the medical center at your earliest convenience to complete your medical examination.

Notes:
1. If the nationality is Egyptian, the expatriate must enter the national ID number.
2. To continue, you must enter the number shown below and check the box stating: "I agree that all information entered is correct as shown on the page below."

• From print GCC slip tab, please enter the passport and the nationality then tap generate.

Please check the following and make sure that:
• there is no bank issue
• all credit card details are correct on the payment confirmation page and
• credit card is valid with enough balance
• the expire date is entered correctly as year then month (YYMM)
• Try to pay again using another card,
• Check the internet network or try another internet browser

• From "Medical centers" list tab, please select the country and the city, all medical centers for the determined city will be displayed.
• You can also enter any medical center name, and the medical center details will be displayed.

• From the check candidate status tab , enter that passport number and the Nationality or the slip number

• The applicant can’t choose the medical center since the medical center is assigned automatically as per the selected city and country.

• Change of city is possible after the expiry of the current appointment slip, and the validity of the slip is available on the slip.
After that you may generate new slip with desired city.

• The medical examination result appears within 26 days.

• The applicant can book an appointment from any age.

If the applicant enters incorrect information such as passport number, name, nationality, profession, date of birth, visa number and date, passport expiry date, passport issue date, or place of passport issuance, please follow the instructions below:
1. The applicant should contact the medical center and request them to submit a change request, either as a “Change candidate details” or a “Change medical exam request.”
2. Ask the medical center for the change request number and the submission date.
3. The change request is free of charge; the applicant should not pay any fees.

The applicant should visit the medical center as soon as possible, immediately after generating the slip.

Yes, the applicant can book the appointment in any country by selecting:
- The country where the examination will take place
- His nationality

The applicant may rebook a new appointment 2 months after the date of the existing report.

• No, the examination date cannot be changed or edited. It is automatically calculated based on the approval date of the medical exam.

The expiry date is calculated based on the modification date, not the original examination date.

8. Any distortion, amputation or physical disability impeding the applicant's performance.
